Your next focus session length matches your score. Rate a 5? Your next yat is 5 yats long (25 minutes). Rate a 1? Stay at 5 minutes, and take that break to reset and try again to get back into focus.
Score below 4? Take a 5-minute break. Score 4 or 5? Keep the momentum—dive straight into your next session without losing that focus.
Over time, recursive self-assessment reveals your optimal work patterns. Understand when you're most productive and adjust your work accordingly.
