How Yataf.me Works

Focus Sessions

Your day starts with adaptive focus sessions. The first one is just 1 "yat" (5 minutes) long. After each session, you rate your productivity from 1-5.

Adaptive Rhythm

Your next focus session length matches your score. Rate a 5? Your next yat is 5 yats long (25 minutes). Rate a 1? Stay at 5 minutes, and take that break to reset and try again to get back into focus.

Smart Breaks

Score below 4? Take a 5-minute break. Score 4 or 5? Keep the momentum—dive straight into your next session without losing that focus.
